Events Ministry
Since its inception, the Yeshua Family Communities (YFC) has been steadfast in fulfilling Yehovah’s command in Deuteronomy 16:16 and Leviticus 23. These feasts are: Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of First Fruits, Feast of Weeks-Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement, and Feast of Tabernacles.
God commands the gathering of His people at these times of the year. The sound of the shofar opens to a joyous celebration, filled with singing, dancing and untiring expressions of worship in REMEMBRANCE or ANTICIPATION of God’s redemptive plan.
Making these celebrations happen in the church relies on the hands of the dedicated men and women of the Events Ministry. Aside from the core members, the Events Ministry engages the representation of the other ministries of the church to prepare for the feasts.
Relying on the leading and confirmation of God through prayer is paramount to the Events Ministry in planning for the celebration. Inspired by a theme, the plan for the celebration evolves from creative ideas shared by the team till its final blueprint.
For the years ahead, the YFC Events Ministry envisions the faithful and joyful celebration of the Feasts of the Lord at the appointed times by the church guided by the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit.
The ministry holds on to its three-fold mission of teaching God’s instructions to hold the Feasts of the Lord, preparing all the elements of the celebration, and leading the church in the conduct of celebration.
The goals of the YFC Events Ministry are to:
- Equip the YFC church and communities with knowledge and understanding of the Word of God concerning the appointed Feasts of the Lord and return of Jesus as told in the Bible.
- Share/teach the Feasts of the Lord as written in the Bible as the Word of God through various communication platforms.
The Events Ministry is led by Bro. Ramil Cabisada, who is one of the YFC Elders. His core team includes Jane Teruel and Jane Manlapaz.
