Praise and Worship Ministry

The Yeshua Family Communities (YFC) Praise and Worship Ministry (P&W) is the Spirit-filled and Word-based service of music and dance  in sharing the message of salvation in Jesus Christ and leading the praise and worship of God for a glorious church. 

The YFC Praise & Worship Ministry’s mission is to lead in the praise and worship of God, through music, both instrumental and vocal, and dance, following the Word of God and leading of the Holy Spirit, in unity with the church leadership and ministries.  

The ministry’s goals are to:

1. Equip, exhort, encourage committed believers to use their abilities in playing musical instruments, singing, and dancing for the purpose of praise and worship.
2. Enable the YFC P&W Ministry Team to lead and facilitate the praise and worship of God in church and ministry services.
3. Fulfill the commission of Jesus Christ to spread the message of salvation and make disciples through praise and worship music and dance.
4. Build a team of committed, Spirit-filled, Word-rooted, born-again Christians using their talents for music and dance for the praise and worship of God. 

The Praise and Worship ministry was led for many years by Bro. Noah Panis. Since 2025, Bro. Lester Sandrino has taken charge of the ministry assisted by Sis. cristine Sandrino Bro. Lester Sandrino leads the band playing the musical instruments; Sis. Sally Burac leads the team of singers; and, Sis. Clarize Cilot leads the team for dance.  The ministry teams prayerfully and diligently prepare for the weekly Sabbath church services and celebrations of God’s appointed feasts according to Scriptures. The teams also help and support the other ministries of the YFC.
