About the Antipolo-Pasig -Binangonan Community

An initial group of 6-9 people attended the bible study at the residence of Bro. Bobby and Sis. Malou Rebullida in Antipolo City, Rizal sometime 2009. In leading the study of God’s Word, Bro. Bobby looks to the inspiration of 2 Corinthians 3:18, “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.”

The group increased to some 15-18 people from Antipolo City and Pasig City in 2012 and formed the Yeshua Family Communities (YFC) Antipolo-Pasig Community. In 2015, the community moved to the place of Bro. Alpha and Sis. Joan Martinez.

Prior to Covid 19, the Antipolo-Pasig community conducted the Bible Study on Tuesdays in Pasig, the Youth Bible Study on Thursdays in Antipolo, and the Bible Study and Shabbat in Antipolo. The Sunday Children Ministry was conducted at Tubigan and Kamatisan, in Antipolo City.

With the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and the government lockdown policy, the Antipolo-Pasig Community shifted to online gatherings.  Other members of the YFC from Mandaluyong, Novaliches, and Makati were able to join the digital platform via the Facebook Messenger for community prayer.

The close-knit community shares the mission of fostering a profound spiritual connection through Jesus Christ. The community is dedicated to collective prayer and unwavering support and care for one another.  Believing in the unifying power of Jesus Christ, the community strengthens one another’s faith and aims to welcome new believers and to expand the church. As spoken in  Ephesians 4:4 “There is one body and one spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling.”

In 2023, the 29 community members from the Antipolo area and 22 from Pasig, including those from other areas, continued to do online and onsite prayer and bible study. Onsite face-to-face gatherings are held on specific events. in 2024, Friends from Binangonan, Rizal have joined the community after the evangelism event of the the Antipolo-Pasig Community. The Antipolo-Pasig-Binangonan Community Members join the church in Makati for the day of sabbath

Bro. Alpha Martinez and his wife Sis. Joan Martinez lead the YFC Antipolo-Pasig Community, along with Bro./Pastor Bobby Rebullida.  Guiding him is God’s Word in Philippians 2:3-4 “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” Bro. Alpha was born and raised in Pasig City and now resides with his wife and 2 children in Antipolo City. He received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 1995 and began his service to the church community in Antipolo and Pasig, and currently serves in the ministries for finance, housekeeping, and food services at the main church of Yeshua Family Communities in Makati.
